*** The Official September 2018 Thread *** let's get started to have some fun

I keep changing my mind wether I want to upgrade from QSDP to DDP. At the minute I want to upgrade, so I've made reservations for our entire trip, that's 21 days worth of TS meals :crazy2:. I was surprised to find that I could easily find reservations in restaurants that's hard to get, even BOG and CRT. It was only CRT I couldn't find straight away, but within 24 hours of starting my search, I managed to find a reservation there as well. I've made reservations in the following places:

Cinderella's Royal Table
Tony's Town Square
Chef Mickey's
Princess Storybook Dining
Dine With Animal Specialist at Sanaa
The Edison
Planet Hollywood
Rainforest Cafe
Mickey's Backyard BBQ
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater
The Plaza
Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party
Ragland Road
Be Our Guest
Biergarten
1900 Park Fare
Boma
Minnie's Seasonal Dine at Hollywood & Vine
Garden Grill
Hoop-Dee-Doo
The Crystal Palace
T-REX
Cape May Cafe

118 days to go! Only 20 days until we're in the double digits too! And we're booked to go back in Feb 2019 too! :yay:

We're starting our pre-trip Disney movie watching tonight. Princess and the Frog. We have never seen it!
There's about 30 movies on our list. So many meet n greets, shows, and attractions are based on movies we've never seen or it's been so long we barely remember them. Time to brush up on our Disney movie knowledge!

Our double digit day was yesterday! 98 days, FP day, and making dessert party reservations to go. :dogdance:

Did I already mention how I'm impatiently waiting for the September FEA and Ferrytale cruise dates? :rolleyes1

I can't believe they haven't released the FEA dates yet, I'm starting to forget to look now, because I'm so used it not being available yet. On the brighter side, it finally our double digit dance today

Forget FPs, I've already started on my packing list! :joker: Going to miss just packing shorts and t-shirts next year!

Oh I always have a packing list in the works! Started shopping for summer touring items. It's our first time going when it's the hottest time of year!

Same! We've been in October, December, February, and May, but never June-September and I am a huge baby with the heat/humidity. I found these cool personal fans at Walmart a couple of days ago that I picked up. You can hang it around your neck, or clip it to the front of your shirt, and it even has a little stand so you can stand it up on a table. It's about the size of a phone so doesn't take up much room, and was only around $5. I got one for DH and one for me. I'm also getting Frog Togs, and am buying collapsible water bottles because I don't want to be dehydrated or spend $20 a day in bottled water at the parks. We're also doing our first split stay so I'm going to buy different colored travel cubes for each of us to see if that helps stay organized.

The problem is that my need to be prepared is at odds with my husband's desire to pack less. But...there's a reason we fly Southwest who has free checked bags. :rolleyes1:rotfl2:
