I know, from past experience, that this single rider line is usually pretty useless, and sometimes even longer than the standby line. However, toward the end of the night, it has been great for us, and got us in the ride much faster than standby. I was wondering at what time the single rider becomes useful; an hour before closing? Any guidance would be appreciated, thanks!
Also, how is the availability of LLs for this ride, on the same day? Our Tier One is Slinky Dog, in the morning; after that, is it fairly easy to get RnR and MMRR?

We started at MK one day and I pulled every single Tier 1 day of to pseudo-stack for the afternoon at HS, including Slinky Dog, but that was last month. The jury is still out on availability during busier times. Regardless in order to have the best success you need to book a throwaway LL for exactly at official park open or as close to it as possible so you can tap in ASAP and unlock the system. We were able to pull all those Tier 1s because my first LL at MK was for 8am. For a sole HS day I would probably grab Star Tours because it'll probably have the earliest return times.

I can't speak to single rider at RNRC because it's trash and I don't do it. I always start on Sunset during Early Entry and work back from Tower, even doing RNRC second it's usually a walk on or 5 min wait tops.

I have similar questions, because I hope to ride RnR at the end of the day, just in case it triggers a headache. I'd like to get a same day LL after using one for Star Tours without stressing too much about it or do single rider. I know from experience at Universal that the benefits of single rider vary a lot based on ride configuration and time of day.

The RnR single rider has worked for us, at the end of the night. If you get in that line shortly before closing time, it's a breeze. I just started the thread to find out at what point it becomes good -- unfortunately, no one seems to have the answer.
