What are some of your reviews on the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique? Has it been worth it? Did you do a Pirate theme or a Princess theme? Make-up only or the costume too? How old was your child. I have booked a Pirate make up time for my daughter who is 8. Hoping to get you feedback.

My DD has had two pirate makeovers at BBB on the Fantasy, once when she was 9 and again when she was 10. She loved it both times. I signed her up for the Empress Package both times, which is just make-up and accessories. Aside from make-up and nail polish, each girl gets a bandana, eye patch, hoop earing, cutlass (sword) scroll with their pirate name and oath... and maybe one or two little things I'm forgetting. IMO, it's one of the best deals going on the Fantasy at $34.95! I thought the costumes looked quite nice, so if my DD had been interested I'd have been willing to spring for the Deluxe Maiden Package which costs $99.95. She was perfectly content with her own, more simple costume, though.

If you didn't get the exact time you wanted, don't worry. They hold a lot of slots back for booking onboard. If you visit the BBB soon after boarding, you will probably be able to get whatever time you want.

my daughter, has done it all the past two years on the Fantasy (full princess, just hair, full pirate) and loves it...she's concerned as she's 11YO and getting close to the cut off age...

this is my daughter two years ago after the full treatment...we went to the jewelry store on the ship and there as a $26K Fantasy diamond tiara....the manager of the shop took a liking to her and let her wear it....last year we found out they disassembled it after not being able to sell it and made earings out of it...

On our first Fantasy trip, my DD got the Royal Sea package (3 visits). She loved it every time and uses her rolling trunk on every trip we pack to leave the house. She receives a lot of attention for it and people always ask where she got it. On our second Fantasy trip two weeks ago, she had two visits and she loved it just as much as the first time. We just did the hair and make-up since she has most of the dresses still. She was 4, almost 5 on the first trip and is 6, almost 7 now (3 weeks away from bday each time).

My DD was 11 last year when she went to the BBB. She just went to get her hair and make up done for formal night. She absolutely loved it and did nto feel at all like she was too old to be there. Staff were awesome and her fairy godmother stayed in character the whole time.

The only disappointment for her was the limited selection of hairstyles you could select. She would have loved the Anna coronation hairstyle ! But that mat have changed since we went.

All in all a good expererience and not too $$$.

If you do an advanced search in titles only for boutique, you will find lots of threads with reviews and pictures. I know there is an extensive thread about the royal package also. I'm not on my laptop so can't get to my bookmarks.

My 4yo daughter did the princess makeover. It was one of the highlights of the trip for her. She's disappointed we'll be on the Magic next, and there is no BBB!
