When we stayed at BLT last year, Bell Services kept our refrigerated items from Garden Grocer cold. If we hit the grocery store before checking in at OKW in the morning, will they do the same with groceries brought in that way (in other words, the room isn't ready but we're ready to hit the parks).

Yes, they will - but you will have to specifically tell them to do so and which bags contain the items you need refrigerated. Obviously, it's a good idea to bag the items with that in mind.
