Question about One Direction concert VIP package

My niece got tickets to a One Direction concert for Christmas. It's a VIP package that says it includes "Exclusive pre-concert "UP ALL NIGHT" party". Does anyone know what this means? We have looked everywhere on line and can't find any information. She, of course, would love a Meet and Greet, but we never saw anything about buying tickets for it. Someone told her they would be at this "pre concert party", but I think that is unlikely. BTW, the package she got was purchased presale prior to the regular tickets going on sale, so I'm not sure when Meet and Greets would have been available. We thought they would have been available the same day, but saw nothing on the site when the package was purchased. If anyone got Meet and Greets or has more info as to how you got them, any info is appreciated! Thanks!

The Up All Night Party appears to be the group's soundcheck, and it says light refreshments served afterwards. It did not specify whether there will be a Q & A with the boys, or how many VIP tickets are sold per event, or whether fans actually get to meet the boys.

I attended similar soundcheck parties for another boy band, you would attend their soundcheck for about half an hour, then there was a Q & A, then afterwards each person got a picture with the group. Its actually a pretty cool experience and I'm sure your daughter will enjoy being so close to her favourites with only a limited number of people there.

According to my dd17, she said it doesn't include a meet and greet or a soundcheck. Your niece will get some free One Direction items and can shop at the merchandise stand before anyone else.

But, you never know when and where the boys might show up.

That was a disappointment on the 2014 tour. It does NOT include a soundcheck or QA. the Vip is a pre party with the others who purchased it and you get goodie bag, private entrance and access to a non crowded souvineer stand. I was personally disappointed that the meet/greet was not offered but you do certain seating on the floor so that is nice!!!

Unless something changes there is for sure NOT a meet and greet for 2014. I agree a bummer!!! 2014 sadly doesn't need to offer the meet and greet to get the price of the package....

That's what my dd told me as well. Last year she showed me some great photos of fans with the VIP package who got to meet the band, but on the 2014 tour, no meet and greet.

Besides the freebies that you get with the VIP package, I think the only other benefit is good seats. I believe VIP tickets are from rows 1 to 22. At least that's how it is at MetLife Stadium.

Yes, she has pretty good seats...4th row. Still not sure it's worth the cost of those tickets!!! Thank goodness they were purchased early thru VipNation rather than some of the resale sites. Can't believe the price seats in that section are going for now! Mind blowing to think people really pay over a Thousand for them!!!!

You can't delete a post, only moderators or webmasters can.. You can clean it up and write duplicate if you like.. It happens often, no worries
