Hi, wasn’t sure where to post this- my mom unexpectedly needed surgery. We’re suppose to do to Disney next month. I really think we’re going to have to postpone it. Now my questions- our Disney tickets, we have a 3 day ticket, what can we do with them? I can’t choose another date since we don’t know when we’re going. The other question is, we booked keys to the kingdom tour, is that refundable? I think everything else I know how to do/cancel. Thank you!

Tickets -- were they purchased with a package (room+tickets) or separately? If purchased with the package, the tickets will cancel when/if you cancel the room. If purchased separately, the tickets will retain their value indefinitely (as long as unused). I recommend you make note of the ticket numbers because they will disappear from your view in MDE after expiration. And note the value because that will be the credit you'll have towards new tickets in the future.

Good luck to your mom with the surgery and recovery!

Return policy from Under Cover Tourist

Your confidence in purchasing takes priority, which is why we offer a 365-day Return Policy for most tickets (see each individual ticket details for full information) and use common sense and fair practices when dealing with your cancellations & refunds. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us for further instructions. Once tickets have been received and verified by Undercover Tourist, we will issue a refund back to the initial form of payment according to the terms below within 15 business days.

• If you require a refund, a fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged to cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting your credit card and fulfilling the order.
• Refer to the specific ticket return policies on the ticket page to see if they qualify for the 365-day Return Policy.
• Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site, are non-refundable.
• Walt Disney World® Resort and Disneyland® Resort tickets are refundable 365 days from order date, unless otherwise noted. Tickets may not be expired, modified or activated by entering the park. Please see specific ticket details for full eligibility.
• Many tours and activities require advanced notice for a cancelation or reservation change. Please see individual descriptions for details.
• Some exclusions and restrictions may apply. Please see individual ticket descriptions for refund/return policies.

I know this doesn't pertain to the OP, but if it did, would the credit value only be applicable to each person in whose name there is a ticket, or is the ticket money credited as a lump sum? DH and I had to cancel a trip in 2021 due to covid so the ticket value is 'on hold' at Disney. He really isn't interested in going to WDW again, so I'd like to use the value of those tickets (two 2-day park hoppers) towards a ticket for my trip in November.

Ticket credits and upgrades are a 1:1 meaning 1 credit towards 1 future ticket. You can ask about combining the credits but I would not expect it to be allowed.

However his credit can be used for you (or your daughter or anyone else). If the credit is on his profile likely the upgrade would be done under his name but then the ticket can be transferred to anyone else.
