question about accessible 2 bedrooms

I'm booking a two bedroom at RR. We are taking MIL and she needs grab bars around the toilet and in the shower. We've never stayed in an accessible two bedroom unit. I'm curious ... are both bedrooms accessible? Is only the master accessible? It's a dedicated two bedroom unit if that matters. I'm just wondering because it seems like there's no need for both bedrooms to be accessible, but maybe they are? Also, are they always on lower or first floors?
