Pebbles at Lake Buena Vista?

I was reading an old version of the Frommer's Orlando Guide this morning (2003, to be exact!!) and read about a restaurant called Pebbles which apparently does a fantastic rack of lamb? My mum loves lamb, so I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it?
