Package hold at Cambria Hotel?

Has anyone stayed at the Cambria Hotel and had packages delivered there for you prior to your stay?
As we are coming from overseas there are a few things I'd like to buy from US shops and have delivered to our hotel ready for us when we arrive (like tshirts, small toys, not food). I would also like to take advantage of some of the specials that are currently on (25% of ShopDisney)!
I've had other hotels happy to hold packages if they arrive a few days before you do as long as they are labeled with your name and date of stay, but not sure if Cambria would be happy to do so? I've emailed them but so far no response.

Also, how far in advance of your stay is too far do you think? Would 3 weeks be pushing it?

I called a few weeks ago because I am hoping to have groceries delivered the day we arrive. I didn't want to have to be there for the delivery and when I called they mentioned they could come in the day before. I don't think they would hold them for much longer than that but you can call and see.
