Order of Countries in "It's A Small World" / Need help identifying photos

Does anyone know the order of the countries represented in "It's A Small World." I'm trying to put together my scrapbook pages for it and want to make sure I put them in the right order.

SCENE 2:
-Greece
-Russia
-Israel
-Bali

SCENE 3:
-Egypt
-Various "Jungle" nations (South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, etc.)

SCENE 4:
-Antarctica
-Chile
-Brazil
-Central America
-Mexico
-The South American Rainforests

SCENE 5:
-South Pacific
-Hawaii
-Australia
-Various Polynesian Islands

SCENE 6:
-The Grand Finale (this scene doesn't represent a specific nation, since all the children from the nations we just visited come together to bid us adieu)

SCENE 6: otherwise known as the white room contains the ONLY two dolls representing the United States throughout the entire ride. The Cowboy and the Native American.

i hate to be simplistic about this, but is the problem that you have 2 trips you're trying to merge? because given that the filenames are numbered in sequential order, that 2nd batch should be in order already.

I rode IASW this past week and one of these dolls was missing. I can't remember which one, though! The platform was empty.

That doll is not New Zealand. It's Australia.
