Has anyone else confirmed that during MVMCP if you book the Desert party you get Reserved parade viewing? I know this was the case in 2016 however not during 2017. I was told by a CM when I booked ours this year that reserved parade viewing for the 8:30 parade was included, although not mentioned on the website.

Unfortunately, take what CMs say with a grain of salt. Parade Viewing is not included this year, website is correct. It was posted on Disney's Official MNSSHP in error, tons of PP called after booking when parade viewing included verbiage was removed from the website. After numerous complaints, if booked while info posted online, guests would receive parade viewing. On a few nights it was posted that CMs took all guests to the parade viewing, earlier parties were very unorganized in regards this "special offering."

We are going to be in the parks for the day but likely aren't going to be attending the party. In terms of guests leaving the park, if we got into a ride queue before 6pm would we be allowed to stay in the queue and then leave immediately after, or would they not let us ride?
Once you are in the line they will not kick you out of it. You can enter the feline right up to just before park closing. After you ride you will have to immediately work your way to the exit. At least this is what I witnessed those not attending the J.g Allen party do.

Thanks, I recorded the conversation just in case of CM error. I just heard about MNSSHP issue so I wanted to double check. Ill call again. Thank you

I contacted guest services about this about a month ago and received this response:

“We are looking forward to your evening with us at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Wishes Fireworks Holiday Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing or Wishes Fireworks Holiday Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace, do not provide priority viewing for Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.”

I'm also in NJ. Cherry Hill/Pennsauken area. Every time I go to Disney I run into someone I know. I t never fails. And I always end up chatting with someone and finding out they are from NJ and usually very close to me.

I was surprised to see only a few attractions (5) listed as open during the MVMCP on the Disney web page. When will they add to it? It's our first time attending. I saw the list on page number 1 here. Im hoping the list increases.:scared:

I am an AP have a BOG reservation for 6:05pm on a party night that I do not have MVMCP tickets for that I made on day 180. It was originally at 5:30pm but got changed somehow to 6:05pm.

Will will be in the park before 6 (and plan to be at BOG early). Will we be allowed to eat (and then leave the park) even though our reservation is 5 minutes past closing?

No you won’t be allowed to eat without a party ticket. If you still have the original email confirmation saying 5:30 I would use that and call Disney to see why it was changed.

Yes, should receive band about ADR only & escorted out after finishing.

Non-party ADR Times....

Ok. One "No" and one "Yes". ;)
Any suggestions on how to get a definitive answer?

Yes! And yes you can eat then leave park.
See Post #1 too, however Disney website says 6-9:30, but earliest available time to select is 6:30pm.
I’ve showed you a screenshot of the official ADR times for MVMCP from the official Disney website. There is a separate webpage for dining during MVMCP, https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/d...eys-very-merry-christmas-party-table-service/.

Did your email mention having a party ticket when they changed your time? When making MVMCP dining reservations there’s a special disclaimer (extra pop up box to click agree on) that states you need party ticket to dine at this time.

I just looked - 12/9 shows Dinner as 4:00pm to 6:10pm, so I think I'll be OK.
Since MVMCP doesn't officially start until 7pm, I would argue I don't need a party ticket to eat at 6:05pm if we get turned away when we check in. But we are absolutely going to be at BOG before 6pm.

I don't remember when my time changed but it was sometime before the switch to the fixed priced dinner menu.
I'll call WDW-DINE in the morning and see what they say.

I never got a party pop up when making the reservation nor was there anything (that I remember) in the confirmation email. I think that I made the BOG reservation before we bought the party tickets for a different day, but am not certain on the timing.

I appreciate the additional info and feel a tiny bit less worried ...
