Hi! Just bought my daughter a new webkinz - groundhog. She tried to adopt it this morning and it says the code has been used already. I can't seem to submit a support question b/c I don't remember our account info (we signed up like 2 years ago and under a different email address). I got it at a Hallmark store and I'm going to try to call customer service if I can find a phone number. This is really disappointing. And of course, she doesn't want to return it b/c she already fell in love with it. But $15 for a webkinz that doesn't work???? Has anyone dealt with their customer service? By the way, she already has like 20 webkinz and we've never had a problem before. And, the Hallmark store had a sign that they won't take returns with the code tag opened.
