New Italian Restaurant at Epcot

Does anyone know when the replacement restaurant for Alfredo's at Epcot (I think it is called Tutto Italia) will be accepting ADR's?

When I made our Candlelight Processional ADR, I was told that Tutto Italia would only be open for the Candlight Processional dates. That said, I was an idiot and booked only for the Le Cellier package (I got it - yay!). I am now wishing I had booked Tutto Italia, also. I tried the other day and they were full. So, no Tutto and no second Candelight for us. Again, CM's are only booking specifically for the Candlelight Processional Packages. If you really want Tutto and are going during the CP dates (Nov/Dec), keep trying for a cancellation. Oh, and I don't know if they will be open during the Food and Wine Festival (Oct) (didn't ask about this, because we won't be at WDW then).

it's my understanding that it's not closing at all until some point next year when it will get a full makeover.

it's not a scheduled refurb at this time

As of yesterday, they still are not taking any reservations for september or october. The CM said it is still undecided when exactly they will open & that they are only doing reservations for the candelight processional. I've been given this exact information each time I've tried to call for my adrs.
