New Dining Plan Question...

Do you have to book a hotel package to get the dining vouchers? I am a pass holder and want to buy 12 for our upcoming trip in 17 days..but we are not buying a package. Any info would he greatly appreciated!!!

No. You can buy the dining plan now without park tickets.

It's not actually vouchers, you have to buy the plan for everyone on your reservation for the entire duration of your stay. And from what I understand, you can't use a meal allocation for another person, like you could in the past. Meaning if you had a friend with you who was not on the dining plan, you can't use one of your meals for them. I am not 100% sure that is accurate, but I remember hearing something to that effect on one of the more informed vloggers YouTube videos when describing the changes to the new plan.
