Need opinions on this touring plan and a few questions

We’re still a few weeks out from booking LLMP/LLSP. I’ve been working on our touring plans and just wanted to run this tentative HS plan by the experts. FYI…for the day in question, Touring Plans is showing the crowd level as a 6/10.

Here it is. All honest opinions/advice welcomed:

Early Entry - MFSR

LLMP - SDD, TSM, ToT

LLSP - RoR

Based on what I’ve read here about technical issues/temporary ride closure, I’m planning to book RoR later in the day.

I’ll book the LLMP first, then the LLSP. Here’s where the first question comes in.

Once we tap into our first LLMP, we’ll go about booking additional ones. Will a late in the day LLSP prevent us from being able to book additional LLMP prior to the LLSP time?

We’ll have at least two days in HS, so I can use a different plan on subsequent days. We also don’t mind criss-crossing the park.

One more question. This will be our first time seeing Galaxy’s Edge since it opened. I want to incorporate time into our days to explore and soak it all in. Any opinions on how much time I should plan for? Husband and son are huge Star Wars fans, if it helps.

Thank you in advance for any help/advice you can give!

This is really not a good idea. Leaving it for late means if it goes down later in the day you significantly lower your chances of it coming back up in time for you to ride it. I always buy rise for 10-11am. It tends to run better in the morning and imo that’s the sweet spot between a possible delayed start and giving yourself enough time to rope drop elsewhere.

SP has absolutely nothing to do with MP.

Prebook SDD, TSM, and Tower and rope drop Sunset working your way back from Tower (if you want to ride it in addition to your LL) or Rock n Roller Coaster (if one ride on Tower via LL is enough), then MMRR. Ideally you’re tapping into one of those 2 Toy Story attractions in the first hour of park open. That will let you start rolling LLs while ignoring the tiers. The non-SDD Tier 1s are not difficult to book at all as 4th, 5th, etc LLs. You just need to start booking early. This will also make for a much more relaxed morning. This is my standard plan for HS and we typically get to catch Mando’s first set and stop for breakfast at Ronto Roasters after using our Rise SP around 10:30ish.

Your second day can be spent doing whatever tbh. I like to think of it as insurance instead day 1 goes poorly (eg. lots of rides with downtime).

Book a post-park close ADR at Oga’s so you can walk around Batuu at night. If y’all are planning on doing Savi’s at all it’s especially ideal for that day because it means you can get some fantastic pics at night with your sabers when the land is basically empty. We did this on my birthday a couple of years ago and it was great. Doing it again next month.
