We have several...California Grill..Jiko..Narcoossee..Yachtsmen Steak House .. Citricos & Flying Fish

Same as @ezma , depends on in-house mood .

This is a list of some of my favs: Jaleo, Jiko, CG, The Boathouse, any eatery at the France or Italy Pavilions. Morimoto Asia used to be a must do but their menu became pretty mundane recently- hope it changes for the better soonest. Of course, Flying Fish!

Ohana was surprisingly delicious! Park Fare was too (some of the best prime rib I've had) but the characters were a bit random

We typically go over our Anniversary week and we always go to Yachtsmen Steakhouse on the actual day.

I celebrated my 50th birthday as a solo diner at Jiko, seated at the counter of the open kitchen station. So far, it's been my only visit, and it was fantastic.

California Grill. Also just tried Cake Bake shop and the vibe is very celebratory.

Tiffins at the end of the day and then stroll out of a nearly empty Animal Kingdom. Really feels special. Great food and service even if it's a bit pricey.

I have rarely doen a "special ocassion" meal at WDW, but I did take my mom to Be Our Guest one time as Beauty and hte Beast is her favorite. I kept it a secret too - "Oh, I couldn't get a reservation - they are so hard to get!"

Narcoossee's or Topolino's (for dinner). I'll throw Flying Fish in there as well, though we enjoyed the other two more.
