Missing kohls cash

Dd16 lost her $75 Kohls cash and I thought why not call Kohls and see if they could help. They said yes bring back the item she purchased and the debit card and they would re-issue the $75 Kohls cash!! Talk about great customer service. DD was thrilled. Maybe this will help someone else in our predicament .

Glad it worked out for you. We stopped shopping Kohl's because a Black Friday stunt they pulled. They decide to push their credit card to people standing in MASSIVE lines, their perk to get people to sign up???? You too can by pass these people who have been waiting in line for 45 minutes and add to their wait by going to the vet front of the line when you sign up for the Kohl's card. I would get it if they decided to open a register just for people who wanted to get the card so they'd have a shorter line but, instead they made legitimate customers wait for a really long time as person after person cut in front of them in line. In my opinion the worst customer service I have ever heard of! I'd have lost it after I finally got to the front of the line and Kohl's then allowed 6 people to come in front of me. Speaks VOLUMES about how that particular store views their customers. Very disappointing.

Yesterday, my Kohls cash disappeared from my emails. I don't know what happened to it. I called customer service and a very nice man in India checked my account and emailed it to me again so I could use it in a store today. Worked out just fine.

Wow that is not ok. I would not have put up with a stunt like that. I would have either verbally said no way or I would have walked to the front of the line myself and gotten checked out.

Quite a few people left their purchase where they were standing and left with some choice words from what I was told.
