Looking for least expensive resort options for a family of 9.

I would actually watch the discounts, and if OKW 2 bdrom villa is offered with FD choose that one. There is plenty of room, a full kitchen and living space, washer and dryer, and the resort is gorgeous.

I agree with this. Even if you aren't able to get free dining, since you will have a full kitchen you could save money by having a big, filling breakfast in the room, and preparing sandwiches/lunches to bring with you in the parks.

Your cheapest option would have been offsite, splitting the cost of a large house.

Flying or driving..maybe I missed that..you will pay to park your car at a hotel...
