looking for good places to eat outside of the park

My H and I are going to DL in Dec and we love Mexican and Italian food and were wondering if there are any good resturaunts close? Were renting a car so we'll be able to drive if need be. We live in washington and usually go to Mazatlan, Azteca and Olive Garden. I was wondering if they have any of these resturaunts near by or something similar?

For Mexican eat at the resturant in DTD - Tortilla Jo's. For Italian - eat at the resturant in DCA - Wine Country Trattorila or Naples Resorante in DTD

If you go north on Harbor towards the outlet, there is a bunch of choices up there. Azteca is not in Anaheim but I do think there's an Olive Garden right up there.
