LLMP for 8 people

After multiple Disney trips I’m aware of how complicated things have gotten but I can’t figure out how to manage the LL system for our upcoming March trip. Perhaps there’s a simple solution or maybe it’s just not possible to make things work the way I’d like. Here’s the problem:

Need advice on strategy for LLMP for 8 adults - 7 staying on site, 1 staying off property. We all overlap for only 2 days so want to do 2 parks each of those days ( HS morning + Epcot in the evening one day; AK morning + MK in the evening the other day). I don’t want to pay for everyone’s mulitpass (or LLSP either) so each person would have to buy & reserve their own ride times. We can try rope drop but would also need LL. How in the world do we make this work so we can hang out & ride some stuff together at least part of the day? My head is 🤯 Is this even possible?

The other issue is that two in our party have never been to WDW & have no idea how to ‘do Disney’. I’m trying to suggest various podcasts to educate them a bit before our 7 day windows open. Not sure what to do about the 3 day window for the off-site person. 😟

Thanks for any suggestions/advice and helping me hang on to my sanity. 🙂

I think your best bet is to designate one person to make LL for those on site and everyone just gives them cash to cover the cost.

Aligning the off site person will be hard. I’m not sure there. Maybe if you visit guest services they could help with the times but that’s a rough one.

The only thing I can think of to guarantee the same times is if everyone waits until the 3 day window is open.

Or the offsite person moves into an on site room.

The offsite person will also not be able to do early entry so you can’t rope drop together.

Is this even possible?
You need to hold your 2 overlap days and book with your person that is off-site and then you will be able to sync up those 2 days. For your other days will the 7 on-site guests be booking at the same time on the 7 day advanced purchase date?

Maybe consider Apple Cash, Venmo or other payment transfer process.

Does one of the seven people staying onsite have a room to themselves? If so, the person staying offsite can be added to that room reservation at no extra cost (assuming the onsite person has a room-only reservation) and book LLMPs at the same time as the person staying in that room. They don't need to actually sleep there or even visit the room. They just need to be listed on the reservation. In addition to booking LLMPs, this would give the offsite person the benefits of Early Entry and, if applicable, Extended Evening hours. If no one has a room to themselves now, you could still add the offsite person to one of the reservations by paying the third (or fourth) adult in a room fee (again assuming the people staying onsite have a room-only reservation). Whether it is worth it to you to do this is a question of choice. Of course, this assumes the offsite person wouldn't already have an earlier date for booking LLMPs. You say "7 day windows" (plural). I assume that means you have different hotel check-in days. That complicates things in and of itself. If you want more detailed advice, please provide more detail about the dates people are arriving, the dates of your overlap that you'll be going to the parks together, the starting date of the ticket for the offsite person (assuming you decide against booking him/her in one of the onsite rooms), etc.
