HELP! I've done this before, so I know it's supposed to be easy, but I'm just getting a big headache this time!

I purchased a room reservation from Travelocity.com (two actually, we are planning a split stay). I am trying to link each room reservation to MDE, and for each, I have two numbers from Travelocity -- one is a 'confirmation number' which is 12 numbers long and starts with 127, and the other is an 'itinerary number' which starts with a 3 digit number followed by 7 letters. Neither one of them works. With both codes, MDE tells me that the reservation number is not found.

Initially I thought that the systems just hadn't communicated, but it's been six days, and still doesn't work.
Thursday is my 60 day mark for making FP+, so I need to get this straightened out before then.

Should I call Travelocity or Disney? Or am I just doing something wrong and missing something obvious?

And yes, I probably should have booked directly with Disney, but this is almost $600 less expensive.

Call Travelocity since they have the WDW number. Disney won't give it to you.

Thank you, I called and got the proper number, apparently it's called the 'booking number' rather than the confirmation number of the itinerary number. I had to ask several times, the girl just didn't seem to understand, but I did get it straightened out and linked the reservations to my MDE.
