Hi Friends
Quick question
has anyone done full service laundry on the dream? will they do it same day?
was it a hassle?

Just a word of caution... The laundry done by the ship is done on HOT and HIGH settings. Do not send anything you would be upset if it were damaged by the temperatures. Most people I know of who send laundry out on ships will only send things like underwear and plain t-shirts. Absolutely nothing remotely delicate.

We have done this a few times. I agree with above poster be careful with what you send. Last year we were on B2B and they sent us an offer mid week on both cruises for I believe it was up to 20 pieces for I think $25 for the bag. It was a good deal. They send back the clothes so neatly, wrapped in tissue paper in a lovely basket or on hangers all pressed. I don't like put a lot of my clothes in the dryer, so I didn't send too much, my husband didn't mind and sent all he could.
If was so nice to come back to the cabin and find all the clean clothes there ready to go.

Does anyone have the current laundry and dry cleaning prices?
I was just watching a You Tube Video By Mammoth Club, they were on the Fantasy last week, she held up the form to the camera with all the prices.

Well, "your" laundry isn't typically washed/dried by itself in a washer or dryer onboard cruise ships. They tag your items, and wash several bags worth together.

Does anyone know if all the ships still have self-serve laundromats? I used to do all my own laundry halfway through a cruise to pack less.

Yes, they do. Although the newer ship(s?) has one large one, while the the others have several small ones on different decks.

They do, We were on The Treasure a couple weeks ago, that laundry room is amazing by the way. It was $3.50 per wash and $3.50 to dry. The dryers are great most everything dry within 30 minutes.
I am not sure if that is the cost fleet wide.

Yes it is. The Dream is $3.50 also.

Was the laundry room really busy on the Treasure? I managed to do laundry on the third day of my week long cruise on the Fantasy absolutely fine but after that I struggled to find a free machine. I tried different times of the day.

I know this is bizarre for me to know but, my 7 yr old grandson loved and was obsessed with the laundry room and so me made a lot of visits during the week. Every time we went in there was always an open washer and several dryers.
We did a lot of laundry because of my grandson as did my daughter in law.
There were the people who did not come back to grab their clothes when washers and dryers were finished as is always the case. Other than that its a really nice experience in there.

Haha I hope my husband loves the laundry room as much as your grandson!

Good to know, thanks.
