I am in such jean frustration - stretch jeans that become sag jeans..I have tried many! do these overpriced jeans at the buckle stretch out any less than other jeans? what styles do you like - I am an average shaped size 10 mom - I am not tiny and I am not big

as much as I would hate to pay those prices, I would do it for a good, lasting fit. Are they any better? Are there ever sales or coupons?

I was wondering if I was the only one. I buy great jeans that fit and after I wear them a couple of times they fall off. :confused3

I buy Silver jeans which are 80-100.00 each and they still sag after half a day...but they are super comfy and stylish. Even when they sag they still look way better than the cheaper jeans I used to buy. Plus...if you search you can get great deals.

I like the stretch jeans from the brand "Not Your Daughters Jeans" also known as NYDJ. I find them at Nordstrom Rack or at Macy's or the regular Nordstroms.

They are stretchy but haven't sagged, and I've had them for over a year!

Buckle often recommends buying a size smaller to help offset the sagging with their stretch jeans.

I wear Nordstrom Halogen, Lee and (dare I say it?) Faded Glory at WM. Also have had luck with Gloria Vanderbilt. Wear the same three pairs day after day (after washing of course) and still no problems with the stretch becoming loose.
Perhaps your jeans are prematurely wearing out because of how you wash them? I have a front loader and use Tide, double rinse, and then I dry with no fabric softner. No problems with static either even in winter.

I love the Gap jeans. They also recomend buying a size smaller...which always makes you feel good!

My cheap stretch jeans fall off me! They're fine after I wash and dry them but later in the day they're hanging on me!

Actually I have washed like you. I have tried all water temperatures, with and without fabric softener with and without machine drying... everything. I just don't think it should be THAT tricky to wash jeans "correctly" They are a staple in American wardrobe. I will try the size lower strategy - that should increase my self esteem esp after just having a baby:banana:

I've been looking to buy a pair of these! Thanks for the review :)

Yes, they are definitely worth the money!! Buckle jeans have spandex vs. cotton like cheaper jeans. With the cotton they become saggy whereas the buckle jeans will stretch to form to your body. That's the secret. It's also a lighter weight more expensive denim so it wears better and doesn't get heavy when it stretches. Definitely worth a shot! They also have a ton of different fits to fit any body type!!

My DD sure seems to think so!

I definitely think higher priced jeans are worth it, The Buckle has excellent jeans. That said, what everyone else said about buying jeans a size smaller is very true, but I read in a magazine that you're supposed to "break your jeans in" to get the perfect fit. They said you're supposed to wear them several times before washing (I just wore mine for a couple hours a day for about a week, b/c I was a little grossed out by this concept). Well I have a few pairs of True Religions that fit like a glove. :goodvibes

Nordstrom has GREAT sales, particularly on their website....otherwise I'd never have the jeans I do....True Religions for under $100 :goodvibes And they last FOREVER.
