Is it possible to walk-up @ TEPPAN EDO??????

We have a res at Teppan Edo on June 15th @ 8:50pm....I am trying to get something earlier, but I am not having very much luck at that...If we keep that res, we could missout on Illuminations....What chances do you think we have as a party of 4, to walk up earlier without a reservation??? We can keep the 8:50, in worst case, and just see Illuminations another day..However, if we could get lucky enough to walk up and get seated earlier, that would be perfect!!!! What do you think???? Has anyone been able to do this in the past???? Please Help and thanks in advance.....

2nd week of June in 09 we walked up to eat at around 5:30 or 6ish, not sure. Waited maybe 30 minutes tops. We loved every bite!

I've walked up at least twice to Teppan Edo. Right at their opening time too. Haven't waited very long, but it was during off peak seasons.

Teppan Edo is a great place to eat. We had 7:45 ADR's and we made it out 5 minutes before Illuminations started and watched from the balcony outside the restaurant. There were people walking up and waiting approx 20-30 minutes without ADR's too.

Walked up this year during Spring Break right about 5 a huge rain storm just started and we were a party of 12. Absolutely no wait.
