Interesting call from Member Services

Just got off the phone with Disney, this was a sales call. They started the call saying I see you have a trip coming up and you have a use year of Dec...this was purely a sales call no offer of help...I asked about the IG be open or closed and the Friendship boat service to IG being down, he knew nothing about that...
