I used it today but for some reason Newegg hasn’t even charged my Amex so no Amex email. Ordered a few hours ago, the order is still live on my Newegg account but I haven’t gotten a confirmation email from newegg. Last time they charged my Amex immediately & Newegg sent a confirmation email immediately.

I ordered yesterday around 7pm. My order conf was hours later. Today they called to verify my order. Once I verified everything I got my email with the CC numbers. Probably a delay in the verification department right now.

When you've closed the previous card, so you no longer have a biz card, and you get a new one, do you have to set-up your online account all over again?

Yeah - I have been setting up a new account for every AA Biz card though. I make it my typical username plus the last 4 digits of the card. I know some had issues setting up their accounts (and I did once too) but since then I’ve had no issues setting up my last 3.

I feel like I did ok.....did the itunes gift card that was 20% off. 2 kids books with the book promo and finally a bunch of 4K Blu-Rays (Gladiator, MI Complete Set, Dark Knight Trilogy), and with the AMEX offer came to less than $8 per movie.

If it’s a Mastercard payment for an actual mortgage (which is allowed), and you have a statement reflecting the payment amount, just send in a scan, pic, or screenshot and Plastiq should clear your payment usually within a day.

Plastiq does randomly flag payments for review. I think what Plastiq is concerned about is stuff like HELOC MS.

I’ve had to seriously curb my Disney souvenir cups, Disney and tiki mugs, and Starbucks You Are Here mugs addiction. I now have way too many that are not being used and I’m out of space!

It is a struggle! I have no idea what to do with mine half the time. I store them safely in my basement. What good are they doing me there!?

But I have 3 Amex cards that end in 1007 and 2 more that end in 1006. How will I ever get them sorted out?!

I have 3 that end in -1008. Drives me bonkers. I had a problem with an amazon order and had to confirm the card I used. I knew it ended in -1008 but had no idea which of the 3 cards that might be. C'mon Amex, get a little more creative!

my last 4 on one card is my birthday. my 4 digit security code is the last 4 of my dad's SSN #, the 3 digit on the back is my house number.
i feel like if i lose this card, im screwed...

i think amex hides our actual numbers in the longest part of the numbers... the ending 4 digit is probably some kind of grouping as the majority of us ends in a 100X.
if u look at Visa and Mastercard, first 4 will determine visa or Mastercard, the next 4 will determines something(i think what bank) and then the last 8 is probably our actual member # assigned to us.

at least thats how i recognize it.

i think amex hides our actual numbers in the longest part of the numbers... the ending 4 digit is probably some kind of grouping as the majority of us ends in a 100X.
if u look at Visa and Mastercard, first 4 will determine visa or Mastercard, the next 4 will determines something(i think what bank) and then the last 8 is probably our actual member # assigned to us.

Last digit is always a check digit and is some sort of sum from the all the other digits (thus how payment systems know if you entered a card number wrong before you even get to the exp. date). Amex probably does assign us a number and if you drop the last digit it makes sense that we get 100 for our first card, 200 for a replacement and so on.

hmm, i wonder if its lost or stolen replacement for the numbers to jump to 200. I have had my card replaced a few times due to it wearing but they all say 100x still. i wouldnt mind claiming that to get one card up to 200 to distinguish card numbers.
