Nope, I know in January at the Fife & Drum Tavern in Epcot you could do a combo to count for a CS meal (Turkey Leg, chips-or-dessert, & drink). Bun no, not a snack (or snake!)
I recall paying $8; my 10 yr. old "had to have one" and ended up throwing about 1/2 of it away (uneaten). It does have fat on it and didn't look appealing to me, although I did try a piece of meat and it was good!
I tried one of those turkey legs last time I was at WDW, and I thought it was awful. It had not a lot of good meat on it, but lots of grissle. I had one a couple of years ago at Universal, and it was very meaty and tasty, and no grissle in it.
