Our plane would arrive at MCO around 8:30 PM
We would like a hotel near MCO (with 1 mile) with a free 24 hour shuttle.
A free breakfast would be nice and a price under $200 for 2 queen beds would be a great bargain.

Any suggestions ?

We do not need DME, since we most likely will be back at the DOLPHIN, or maybe WL
We will use a car service with a 30 minute food store stop from the off -site hotel near MCO to the Dolphin.

If you like Hilton brand hotels, there's an Embassy Suites, a Homewood Suites, and a Hampton Inn a little over a mile from the Airport. I believe all have free shuttles. Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites have 2 queens. The Embassy Suites has a king and a sofa bed or 2 doubles and a sofa bed. Embassy offers 2 romlom suites, whereas Hampton is a standard hotel room. Homewood has both 2 room suites and studio rooms.

We did this just last week! Our flight arrived around 8pm, we ended up staying at La Quinta Inn North, which has been fully renovated. The shuttle picked us up at the A4 parking spot near our baggage claim (you have to call when you have your bags, only took 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive). Room had two double beds, but a full table and plenty of walking space, and a rollaway bed was given to us at no additional cost. They have free continental breakfast and a shuttle which runs on the hour (signup at front desk). Honestly we got a deal from our airline so it only cost us $80 for the night and was well worth it!

I meant to add we booked with 2 adults three kids, and it let us get one room! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

We have stayed at 2 hotels right by MCO. Free shuttles and free breakfasts. Never did the breakfast because we were out and on our way to our resort before breakfast started. Once we did DME, but it wound up being more of a hassle. The last time we took Uber. It was much faster than using DME. Time to shuttle to MCO, walk to DME, go through the DME queue, get on bus, wait a bit, then the bus out. For $30, Uber was worth it. The other benefit, Hooters was walking distance.

Yes, that’s the one! You just need to call for a ride once you have your bags and they will come. We also shuttled back in the morning to catch the Magical Express and were able to store our luggage with our resort (Port Orleans Riverside). We made it to Epcot just before our first set of fastpasses at 10am, with no issues the next morning! I would say if you need to catch the Magical Express earlier is better! Lots of flights arrive mid morning starting around 9 so shuttle back before then if you can!
