2 or 3 years ago, dd and I did a MM at HS. We had a showing of Fantasmic just for DVC. Is that the norm at a HS MM? I am trying to plan when to see it, and wondering if I can plan on seeing it then (assuming I get in).

Thanks!

I seem to recall a show at HS during MM. We arrived a little late and they wouldn't let us into the viewing area, we were told we had to arrive prior to the start of the show. You could kinda see part of it farther away, but clearly not the same.

Was searching the forum to see if I could find this exact answer. Wondering if there will be a Fantastic showing on MM night.

We are hoping to go to MM at HS in Sept (already booked plane tickets and a room!) We will be at WDW next week and I snagged a reservation at Sci-Fi which we have never done but its during Fantasmic. We have never seen Fantastic at WDW but we have seen it many times at DL. We would for sure do Sci-Fi if I knew we could likely see Fantasmic at MM.

I have been to two MM at HS, most recently this January. Both did have the members only showing of Fantasmic.

Amazing, thank you! Now, I feel comfortable skipping Fantasmic next week and my son will be thrilled he gets to eat at Sci-Fi

Yes they do. It is up to you if you want to spend your precious MM time watching a show they do every single night, vs. doing the things you can only do during MM.

Guess I didn’t think about that. Never been to MM I was thinking fantasmic at 8:30 like normal and MM starts at 9.

Yes, I would watch the public Fantasmic show that night. Fantasmic is a great show - probably my favorite night time spectacular at WDW. But I'd rather spend my MM time seeing the rare characters or eating the free food or riding the rides with walk-on lines.
