Hi ya'll
Me, hubby, and my daughter are going to Disneyworld! yay!
I have not been around in a long time because its been a long time since i've been to Disneyworld!
We planned and impromptu trip for next week which has me shaking in my boots! I know you have to plan for Disney. My last trip in 2008, I planned for weeks. I had maps, and reservations, etc. I am scared to death on this one because I know a lot has changed and I have nothing planned!

If anyone can point out some of the most important changes I would be so appreciative.

Also, I want to do something special for my 18 yo daughter. Have something waiting in the room or a surprise gift. Any suggestions for the older kids?

also, it should be a good time because a lot of kids are going back to school, so it should be less crowded
