Help with Room Request

I did post this is the Disneyland/California thread but thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to post here too. Going to Disneyland next year and though we've been there before, we haven't much luck in getting a "nice" room. Once by the elevator (noise all night), ground floor (don't like that/safety reasons) and once right behind the World of Disney sign to the store in DTD that was lit all night and a lot of noise. Any tips? Thanks!
