Have you seen the movie Unfaithful?

I need some help here---I stayed up super late watching this movie and fell asleep before I saw the very end....how does it end? I saw Richard Gere dump the body in the dump or river- whatever that was, but does the Diane Lane character find out what happened? Does the Richard Gere character get in trouble? Do they stay together?

It's been a while and my memory is a bit foggy. The cops come calling, and they basically cover for eachother. Gere didn't tell Diane Lane that he knw about them but when the cops asked her why he had her number, Gere covered for her, and she knew that he knew. Anyway, they just kept covering for eachother, and stayed together. It seems to me the closing scene was them moving from their home, together.

I loved that movie except for the ending! The final scene they were sitting in the car outside the police station crying and he gets out and begins walking toward the station (presumably to turn himself in). So they're together sort of and you don't know how it REALLY ends.

Olivier Martinez (spelling??) was so HOT HOT HOT in that movie!!!!!!!

Loved that movie. Diane Lane is one of my favorite actresses and the chemistry between her and what's his name was just super steamy!

I didn't think the French guy was that hot...however the man she had a fling with in Under the Tuscan Sun---WOWZA! He was super fine!

So I was right about them moving away? Have I seen both, because I seem to remember both endings. Thought I just had it wrong the first time.
