"Half & Half" sold at Moderates?

Well, we all know about the coffee at Disney... And so I am happy to see that the moderates have coffeemakers in each room so we can make our own each morning! Here's my question...do they sell pints or quarts of Half & Half that we can keep in the frig in our room?

I have only seen skim, whole, chocolate or soy at the deluxe resorts but you could always put in order into green grocer.

A always bring flavored, powdered creamer on my trips, so I'm never without my cream! I will also bring my own coffee, as I'm a coffee snob (yes, I am from Washington State!)

Slightly off topic, but does anyone know what kind of filters that I will need to bring inorder to brew my own coffee in my room?

They are both down the list of Great Coffee inthe Northwest.

They are good marketing folks though....seriously, find a good Micro roaster, and anything fresh will be way better than the big guys. My 2 cents - also- buy a little french press and bring with you- everyone has hot water.

As far as the filters, I was wondering the same thing...we are staying at CSR in August. As far as coffee, I don't prefer either ones, however, I will drink it sometimes. We are currently drinking Seattle Mountain Coffee companies "French Roast Sumatra". We loved it sooo much, that DH and I bought 2 cases at Costco. It came in 3 lb bags and we paid about $4 a lb., I believe. It is so rich and yummy!

I'm a half & half addict and I've never seen it for sale at a moderate. In the food court they do have those little creamer containers, but I don't think it's real half and half. On our last trip, I packed a cooler with a quart of half and half, among other things. It was still cold (after 4 hours) when we arrived at the hotel and I just threw it in the fridge.

The coffee makers at the resorts are the 4-cup capacity ones. I think they are all Mr. Coffee.

They use the smaller 4-cup basket style filters.

Regarding the 1/2 and 1/2, I have never seen it sold at the resorts. Most food courts have the dispensers for the creamer.

Maybe this can help, places like Costco and Sam's club sell boxes of the individual creamers. Sam's club has Land O Lakes 1/2 and 1/2. I buy this not only for travel but for work. I usually throw a bunch in a ziplock bag and store in the suitcase. They are convenient and best of all, they don't need refrigeration! They also, have flavored creamers there.

This is so funny. I HAVE to have my half and half. I've never seen it in any of the places we've stayed. My mom lives in Orlando and when she joins us on our trips, she knows she has to bring me my half and half! I like the prevoius posters ideea, though. I'll have to look for those.

GardenGrocer.com has Half & Half, regular and fat free, as well as other creamer products. I plan on bringing our own coffee and having them bring us the must have Half & Half. Maggie

We bought half and half last year at the Boardwalk. Why don't you just call the hotel and ask to be connected to the gift shop and ask them if they carry it.

We have filters, coffee and fat-free Half & Half delivered to the room, along with Earl Grey for Mrs. Ambassador. We use bottled water in the machine also. We are contemplating shipping out new Tassimo machine...

When we were staying at a moderate they provided coffee but just powdered creamer. I picked up Half and Half at the foob quart and took it to the room. I also picked up some sugar for DH to use with the provided tea bags. I did ask when I stayed at AKL and was told it was fine to take the half and half to use in the room.

There was half and half in a dispenser at POFQ last October (in the food court).
