From what I understand, it’s always busy. The earlier you can get there, to get in line the better. I was there last October. My group had a 5:30pm dinner reservation. We got to Disney Springs around 4 pm, but everyone wanted to shop so I didn’t get to Gideon’s until about 5pm. I thought I’d be able to walk in at that time. Wrong!! It was a 3 hour wait once I put my name on the list. We finished dinner about 7:30pm and no one wanted to wait for another hour with me until it was my turn to shop. I finally got the text around 8:30pm to return and get in line. The store is pretty small, so they only let a couple people in at a time. For me it was well worth the wait.
