Does Gaylord Palms have transportation to the theme parks?

Yes, there is a shuttle to all 4 parks (for MK, they drop at the TTC). From the website:

An exclusive amenity to resort guests, we are happy to offer a shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World theme parks, as well as Disney Springs. Shuttle schedules are updated weekly. This transportation is included in your resort fee, and you can reserve your shuttle ticket at the Concierge Desk in the lobby.
