Garden Rocks Concerts - Times

I know things can change but I’m trying to figure out my first day at Disney in March and the big question is regarding the Garden Rocks Concert times. What times do the shows typically start? I’m thinking I may end up booking a dining package so I can ensure a seat but just want to check the times.

I don’t fly into Orlando until very early morning so won’t be doing early entry at AK as I typically would do. We will park hop over to Epcot later in the day for the concert, but wondering if I should plan to stay at AK until close (6pm) then hop to Epcot or should I plan to wrap up AK earlier and spend more time at Epcot. Will be doing a full Epcot day later in our trip so don’t need any extra time that day.

Just googled the 2024 schedule, and got this -

Garden Rocks concerts have three performances a day, at 5:30 pm, 6:45 pm, and 8:00 pm at the America Gardens Theater.
