Hi,

I am looking for some ideas for simple finger foods for a Baby Shower!

Thanks!

Little sandwiches would be nice (like the kind they serve at afternoon tea). You can also make deviled eggs, stuffed mushroom caps, meatballs, or get some store-bought mini quiches. I'll try to think of more finger foods.

cocktail sausages, bites of stuff on sticks with a dip

Spinach rolls, chips or cracker with dip, bread bowl filled with spinach dip, and cubes of bread and vegetable sticks, fruit platter, and shrimp cocktail.

These Pillsbury Cresent Roll Apps are easy and delicious. You dont have to shape as christmas tree as recipe shows. http://www.pillsbury.com/Recipes/ShowRecipe.aspx?rid=15627

I like Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus Spears, here is a recipe.

I would blanch the asparagus.

Proscuitto and melon is easy and good too.

Happy planning!
