It's been years since I've really bought any pork chops. DH is just not a fan of them. He says he'll eat them if they're "tender". He always wants everything "tender". Drives me nuts. I'm not a chef by any means, basically a middle-of-the-road cook, so my stuff doesn't always come out tender.
Anyhow, I'm just looking for the best way to cook boneless pork chops. They look to be about 1/2 inch thick or so. He's not a fan of BBQ sauce, so cooking them in the crock pot with the sauce to make "pulled pork" is out of the question.
He's more of a meat/potatoes kind of guy, so 9 out of 10 times I'll be making them with mashed potatoes (or baked). I have 2 packages of 3 chops (they were buy 1 get 1 free).
