    1) Can you get a FP at each park independently of each other?

    2) Are there any attractions in either park that are "disconnected" from the system like Dumbo at WDW used to be back in the paper FP days?

    Thanks!

If you book 1 fast pass and go to the park and use that one than u can book a new one anywhere. But you can't book 3 in 3 different parks in the same day. And no all are digital now

Yes you can get Fast passes in both parks independantly of each other. The 2 parks fastpasses are not connected

No I dont think they are any rides which are disconnected now

How does FP work with printed tickets from online? Sorry if this is a dumb question, my only experience before is the old FP machines at WDW where you'd put in your Key to the World Card (before magic bands) but I don't understand how it works with paper tickets.

I think they often swap your printed paper ticket for a 'proper' ticket at the turn styles on your first entry to the park

Disneyland Paris is all paper tickets. Disneyland (California) is a combo of digital and paper. Disneyworld is all digital.

Yep that's what happened for me a couple of years ago. Then you put your "proper" ticket into the fast pass machines near the rides and get a printed fast pass. I believe the fast pass return window is only 30 minutes, not an hour.

So I was there yesterday with a printed online ticket. They didn’t do the swap for a proper ticket. I didn’t really ask because I was only there for a few hours. I think the Fastpass scanners allow for scanning the printout, though if I was there for longer I’d absolutely want a proper ticket. I also never got a FP, since I was here for one ride (Hyperspace Mountain before the refurb happens during my actual trip), and it was a walk-on everytime.

I think there are machines to the side of the entrance (before you enter) where you can scan your print out and get a proper ticket

Sorry for off topic, but when I booked my hotel and ticket package, there was no print out that could be scanned.

Does this mean that I would get my actual tickets when I check in at the hotel?

Yes, if you book a package, you'll get your tickets at check in, this can be any time on the first day. Your room might not be ready, but you'll get your tickets and will be able to enter the park

Yes when you book a hotel and park ticket package direct with Disney you will get your multi day park ticket and hotel Easypass when you check in.

Yes, at least that's how it worked for my trips in 2014 and 2016, and I stayed at "partner" properties, not Disney properties.
