Hello! I understand that there is a new menu in place at Enchante for lunch...no longer a brunch. I believe it was supposed to start September 2. I am looking for a copy of the menu and review of the experience...anyone been or going soon that they could report back on?

I'm also curious what the new menu will be. Hoping we hear back. I haven't seen anything posted online.

Ugh - other than bread, cheese course and dessert, there are two things on that menu that I can eat that I don't have an allergy to. I would assume that they can accommodate allergies and make changes like they do in Remy but at least in Remy there are a multitude of things already on the menu that I can have that don't need to be modified. This is what has kept us from dining at Enchante so far.

We were on the Wish in January 2024 and the brunch menu was already gone! At our 11am reservation, we were presented the dinner menu with dinner pricing.

Here is the menu from our visit:

and my full experience is here -

Hope that helps!
Thank you for posting this, but I still think that with the official change to lunch there is going to be a different menu. I say this because the lunch we booked is listed at $105/person, while dinner is listed at $135/person.

Kind of a weird question, but does anyone know if Remy brunch is also just the dinner menu also? If so, "Boo!" because we loved that brunch.

I haven't dined at Enchante, but I know that at Remy, for both dinner and brunch, my family stopped by when we boarded to list our dietary restrictions and then let the chef craft a menu for us. Some items we were served were on the regular menu and some weren't. All were delicious. As long as ingredients you can eat are onboard, you shouldn't have a problem getting a meal you can eat.

(edit: this is the new Enchante menu. @gatordoc )

Found on Disney Cruise Line Blog:

“The lunch menu presented to guests in The Rose is the dinner menu, but the pre-fixe lunch is $105 without the crab, turbot and fromage. The code printed on the menu is DCLENCHBRUNOTRUF 52295 0724. This particular menu was found onboard the Disney Wish on September 2, 2024”

Remy has made a custom menu for me the last three times we've been, so I know they will do it; it just wasn't apparent to me that they would (not could, but would) do the same at Enchante. I'm more intrigued now that I've seen the other menu options posted above. The menus I've consistently seen have predominantly seafood on them, which I'm allergic to, along with the ingredients in some of the other dishes, leaving me with just basically Wagyu beef. Nice, but boring. But the pigeon, chicken, lamb, pork - now you have my interest. Maybe the next cruise after this one.

So I was worried about Enchanté lunch, but wow was I wrong. We went a few days ago and it was amazing! There was indeed an abbreviated lunch menu, but it had more courses than the one posted above. I’ve added a photo - as you can see, it is four (not three) courses, is not identical to the regular menu, and also includes the amuse bouche, and the several post-dessert offerings. My wife thought this was perfect, especially since it did not included the cheese, which does not agree with her anyway. I chose the regular menu which had two different courses (one of which they allowed me to switch out because of personal preference) as well as the cheese.
We started with a choice of champagnes (priced by the glass), which were lovely. Every course was exquisite (we shared bites as we went along) and actually far more substantial than they may seem (“Tomato”, for example, includes four separate dishes). The fantastic bread/butter service was also included.
When the time came for my cheese course, they served me a substantial plate with a variety of cheeses, and encouraged us to share if we liked (and served us both a different bread designed to be enjoyed with the cheese). I also was able to select a fantastic vintage port (again priced by the glass) from the cool port trolley to have with my cheese.
We were served several different desserts, each with multiple components, which we were again encouraged to share, and these were followed by the usual post-dessert tarts, etc.
Hannah, our server, and Alexis, the manager, were both wonderful throughout, spending time with us to discuss the experience, solicit feedback, provide all sorts of interesting tidbits about everything from the food to the plates and cutlery used (which my wife is always curious to learn more about) and make sure we had a wonderful experience.
In our opinion, the restaurant itself shines more during the daytime than after dark, and we actually prefer having such a substantial meal in the middle of the day rather than right before bed. So for future cruises, we will definitely book lunch at Enchanté again rather than dinner.
