DVC Y when I should not have it

Hi, I just purchased a resale listing. I’m at associate on my mothers account (not on deed). I don’t believe I should have dvc y but do. Anyone had this happen? How long did it last?

Shhh! I won't tell and neither should you. What probably happened is the previous owner had it and it somehow transferred to you. DVC may find it soon, or it may take a while.
