My son (will be 5 when we visit) loves drawing & crafts - I was wondering if there's any good drop in-style spots across the parks/Disney Springs/hotels easy to get to from Swan & Dolphin that would be suitable for his age? I know of Rafiki's at AK :)

Just want to have a bit of a list in mind, partly because he'd love it because also so we can pop in if he's getting overwhelmed as it really calms him down (we're planning and open to downtime at our hotel too, but sometimes it's easier to calm before making an exit!).

Thank you.

At EPCOT in the countries there are Kidcot Fun Stops. He gets a "ziploc suitcase" to then put cards he collects at each country. The CM will put a sticker on it (like a badge) and then he can sit there and color his cards. It is a few minute rest at each country and a bit of a scavenger thing to keep the kids more interested.

Each resort has a list of activities, some are crafts but you would need to search for their activity schedules. A few have PAY art classes, painting, mosaics etc but that would be much more involved than you might want.

At Animal Kingdom also look at Wilderness Explorers - that is lots of fun. While not drawing he might really enjoy it.

What about bringing a small sketch book and have him sketch different things he sees and wants to remember? I've seen folks sketching in the parks and always think what a great idea.
