Does your AAA agent charge a fee to book for you?

I'm just wondering if all AAA agents charge a per person fee for booking a vacation for you.

Is this the norm, or is it a fee based on which AAA office you use?

Are packages supposed to be one set price? I can't figure out why 2 different AAA agents can charge 2 different prices for the same vacation.

The search function doesn't work for me, so I can't search for the answer.

I was recently charged a $25 "booking fee"

I had this problem for my recent May trip, I had the hardest time finding an agent who didn't charge. Some do and some don't- I had to go out of state to avoid the charge. Call around and ask, you'll find someone. Good luck!

I thought AAA made a percentage from my booking a package, but one agent wanted $40 to book for my family, and another wanted $25. They both gave me different quotes, too.

Wow...no...I've never paid a booking fee and we've booked tons of WDW trips, cruises, etc with them. I use an office in CT.

This is my 1st trip booked through AAA, but my TA did not charge a fee to book it. I didn't know that some do, that's seems weird that it wouldn't be the same across the board.

I can't explain the fee..you are right they get a commission from Disney.

The package difference might be in components. See if they both have insurance ($119.90 for 2 adults, no charge for children). That is often where quotes vary.
