does dream notify you of when payment due

since I booked thru Dream Unlimited Travel do they notify you of when payment is due.

Yes - about 5 - 7 days prior to your balance due date you will start to receive email reminders that the balance due date is approaching, how much is due as well as instructions on how to pay it.

Actually because this group is so large, reminders will start going out this week. We also have restrictions from Disney that these can only be paid on weekdays so we want to give you as much notice as possible.
