Disney Cruise Line transportation bus Port to WDW

When does the first bus depart to WDW in the morning on disembarkation day? My Goal is to try and be on Disney property around 10-10:30 in the morning? Do they assign you a bus time or can you just walk off the ship whenever.

I believe the buses to the WDW resorts hold until 9am to depart. Getting on the bus early may simply mean a long wait. Plus each bus might stop at as many as 3 resorts. You may want to consider alternate transportation options depending on your goal. “Be on property” by 10:30 is definitely possible; at your resort or at a park, maybe or maybe not.

This has been our experience also. 3 times to the resort and left at 9 am. On one trip, we were staying at AKL and we were fifth - after Rivera, Caribbean, POP, and AoA.

I believe the buses to the airport leave when they fill, but they only make one stop. No need for coordination like the resorts.

Please don't be late to your bus, though. They'll hold the bus while they look for you. If everyone gets there early, then the bus can leave early. I've had a bus to WDW leave before 9am because everyone was onboard before then.

Same with us, bus was full except for the last 4 of us and departed early. We got off the ship at 8.

Alas, ours didn't leave, even though nobody boarded it after 815? Maybe we were waiting for someone who never showed up.

I followed the porter who was carrying all our luggage

After you exit the terminal building and follow the coloured lines on the ground to the bus area, someone will ask to see your KTTW card first to make sure you have transfers booked then will ask you which resort you're going to then will direct you to a bus.
