Parking is free at DC . If you want to get the optional parking pass for Sea world, Busch Gardens or Aquatica (sister parks) , you can buy that in advance (for a discounted price I believe) .
Or if you opt for the Discovery Cove "Ultimate" package, parking would be free at the sister parks.
