I need to purchase seven 5-day Park Hopper (NOT Plus) tickets for our upcoming trip in October. Where is the cheapest place to purchase these? I noticed that one of the sponsors of the DIS Boards sell tickets, but only Plus, and I don't think that we'll be going to the water parks in October.

If you have AAA, they have really good rates. In NC it's $220 (including tax) for a 5 day with no plusses.

Be sure that you compare all the prices including the Disney web site. Their price for a 5 day park hopper ticket is $217.00 plus tax if you buy in advance. Last year I checked several places and Disney was just as cheap if the ticket is purchased in advance.

I just did some research on this in preparation for our October trip and I found the Disney Store to be cheaper than the online brokers I checked. I believe the adult 5 day pass came to just over $231 with tax. You get the same price if you order from Disney, either by phone or online but they charge you a $3 shipping fee.

I think I read someplace on this board that 3 day park hoppers were available someplace. Anyone have any info on that?

Go to the Alamo website, click on the icon of WDW on the bottom left, it will give you a toll free number to call.

Yes, they charge 3.00 for the total order.

I was told to get them at www.dealpass.com What a great buy. I can't remember the exact price but we bought 7 day park hopper PLUS passes which even give you 4 extra days at the water parks and supposedly all 11 days are good forever. I think we paid $290 for them. Plus they did not charge shipping or tax. I know that they were about $30 cheaper than the Disney Store. We also bought some Meal Passes that were $11.25. You see them on ebay for about $17. They don't tell you a whole lot when you sign up but you need to give them your credit card number and they charge you $1 for the 1st month and then if you don't call them back to cancel, automatically charge you $79 for a yearly membership. I bought everything and received it within 3 days.

We are leaving for DisneyWorld in about 8 hours. I will let you all know how everything was we we get back.

www.centralfloridatravel.com has three day hopper passes but you have to call them and ask on the phone (they are not listed on the website) (407) 932-2080.
They also have a thing where you can sign up for a FREE membership on their website that makes you eligable to buy special deals - currently the deal is three day hopper PLUS passes that include a water park. These, if you are a member, you can buy online.

When buying passes with any business always check to see if TAX is included in the posted price (Central Florida Tickets and Travel includes the tax in the price quoted, but many places do not and I think Disney's web site is one place where the tax is NOT included so be careful and know what you are buying).
