"Cash Stays" at the new Cabins and Extended Evening Theme Park Hours

I've booked a week at the new Fort Cabins as a "Cash Stay". In other words, I am not a DVC (Disney Vacation Club) owner. Per the Disney site, stays at the new Cabins are eligible for Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. However there is the following disclaimer which seems a bit ambiguous:

• The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort - A Disney Vacation Club Resort (The extended evening theme park hours benefit applies to Disney Vacation Club Cabins only.)

The reservation I have says "The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort - A Disney Vacation Club Resort" so maybe I'm eligible? Has anyone stayed at the new cabins and gotten the Extended Evening Hours?

I've not stayed there myself, but you should be eligible. The parenthetical reference is excluding people staying at the camp sites at Fort Wilderness. As long as you're staying in a cabin - no matter how it was booked - you should get the extended hours.

Yes we stayed in December, all the old cabins are gone, we paid cash for the new cabin and we were able to access EEH at Epcot.

Just echoing others - all cabin guests are eligible for Extended Evening Hours regardless of how you booked (eg, DVC points or cash).

Yes.

For a time in the latter half of 2024, there were both the old legacy cabins and a few loops of the new DVC cabins in operation. I think the wording you referenced meant the old legacy cabins were NOT eligible for EEH but, as has been pointed out, the DVC cabins are eligible.
