Hi All

I have linked my Disney account with someone and see that person as a family and friend. However, I am not seeing a child they have on their account (child does not have their own account). Share friends and family is turned on, on both ends, but we can only see each other.

How do I fix this? I'm trying to link a resort reservation and it's asking me to link up named guests with the correct profiles.

Thanks

I had a similar issue last summer. We were doing an extended family trip and while I could see my son and his wife, I couldn't see their 5 yo daughter (or 1 yo son, but because he was under 2, I didn't need to see him) in MDE. I was the designated Genie+ person and would be the one getting up at 7:00 a.m. to make LL and ILL reservations, so I needed to be able to see my granddaughter on my Friends & Family list so I could include her. The only way I was going to be able to see her on my list was if she was removed from my son's list (we'd get a message that children under age 13 (or some other random age) could only be be managed by one person. My son still needed control of her account so he could modify dining reservations. I asked how to solve the problem on various message boards and FB and while people offered several solutions that worked for them, none of them worked for me. One person (who was one of the first to respond) told me to call Disney IT and they'd fix it quickly. They even told me to call at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning because the wait was usually only a few minutes at that time. So I finally gave in and did that. They were right. I was on hold waiting for a CM for less than 5 minutes and he had the problem fixed in less than 2 minutes. The CM also confirmed that I would not have been able to fix the problem myself, it required a phone call or a visit to guest services. If we run into that problem on our reservation for our upcoming trip next summer, I'll just call Disney IT right away.

Have you tried clicking Add a Guest, then Find through my connected Guests? If that didn’t/doesn’t work, the number to call is (407) 939-4357!
