Can't Change Resort Reservation Online

I have a resort only reservation made with the Save on Rooms This Fall and Holiday Season offer. I want to change to a different resort but am having a problem. I go into my reservation in MDE and choose Change Reservation. It opens my resort reservation then I scroll down to Resort and click change. All it does is take me back to the My Plans page. No error, warning or explanation. The resort I want to change to is available with the Save on Rooms This Fall and Holiday Season offer as I searched it separately. Is it not possible to change the Save on Rooms This Fall and Holiday Season offer online or do I need to cancel my original reservation?

Doesn’t matter if it is possible, since it won’t let you it’s not possible for you. If you don’t want to call just book it new and cancel the old one.

make sure you don't have any offers in your cart. That usually makes my ressie scroll back to the plans page. Just happened yesterday when I changed resorts online, once I cleared the cart it was fine.

THANK YOU Emmabelle! I removed the offer I had in my cart and was able to change to the resort we wanted. The offer must have been left in the cart when I did a search to see if the resort was available. Such a simple fix! Would have never thought of it (and didn't )! Thank you so much!!!

Hahaha, somehow I stumbled on to it when I changed from Chrome to Safari. It happens to me every time I try and modify.

Glad you made this post I was so confused why it wouldn’t let me modify and that was my issue having something in my cart

I know this is a few months old but this is exactly what it’s been doing to me now but there’s nothing in my cart and I still cant/couldn’t figure it out and had to call to change anything.

If this ever happens again, try clearing out your cache and cookies, using incognito mode or using a different browser.
